Membership Card: Upon successful registration, members will receive a membership card granting them access to participate in Nabatara Foundation’s programs and charitable drives.

2. Donations & Refund Policy

Donations Accepted: We welcome all types of contributions, including monetary, material, and volunteer services.

Tax Benefits: Donors will receive an 80G tax exemption certificate for eligible donations.

Non-Refundable Policy: Once a donation or membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable. No requests for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Member Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

All members and participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Respect & Discipline: Treat fellow members, staff, and beneficiaries with respect.
• Integrity: Maintain honesty in all dealings with the organization.
• Compliance: Follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions set by the Foundation.
• Prohibited Conduct:
  • Violating Nabatara Foundation’s policies.

  • Harassment, abuse (verbal, physical, or sexual), or discrimination of any kind.
  • Spreading misinformation about the Foundation on social media.

4. Disciplinary Actions

Any violation of the Code of Conduct will lead to an internal investigation by an authorized committee.

If found guilty, membership will be revoked, and the individual will be permanently banned from participating in any Foundation activities.

Immediate action will be taken against any act of misconduct.
