Refund Policy for Nabatara Foundation

1. Non-Refundable Contributions

All donations (monetary/material) and membership fees paid to Nabatara Foundation are strictly non-refundable as per Section 8 Company regulations (CIN: U85300WB2021NPL245364).

Once processed:

  • Funds are immediately allocated to active humanitarian programs (women empowerment, orphanage support, disaster relief, etc.)
  • Physical donations (food/medicine/supplies) enter our distribution pipeline within 48 hours
  • Membership fees activate administrative processes including card issuance and program access

2. Tax Benefit Assurance For monetary donations:

80G tax exemption certificates are emailed within 15 working days

Certificates contain:

  • Unique acknowledgment number
  • Donation amount & date
  • Validated 80G registration details (No. ABCDEF12345G)

Issue resolution: Lost certificates? Email [email protected] with transaction ID

3. Exceptional Circumstances Handling

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Technical error: Duplicate payment processed
  • Fraud: Unauthorized transaction (must provide bank fraud report)

Process:

Email refund request to [email protected] within 72 hours

Include:

  • Transaction ID/UTR number
  • Bank statement snippet
  • Police report (for fraud cases)
  • Committee review (10 working days)

If approved: Refund via original payment method in 14 days

4. Membership-Specific Policies

Membership fees are non-refundable once card is issued.

  • Revoked memberships: No fee reimbursement if terminated for conduct violations (Sec. 4 of T&C)
  • Renewals: Lapsed memberships require full re-payment (no pro-rata adjustment)

5. Material Donations & Services

6. Transparency Commitment

  • Fund allocation published quarterly at www.nabatarafoundation.org
  • Program-wise expenditure audits available upon email request
  • Donor queries resolved within 72 hours (call 9874068171)

"Your contribution fuels immediate change. When ₹5,000 educates a tribal child for 6 months or ₹10,000 performs a cataract surgery, refunds would disrupt life-saving work."
