Summer-Monsoon Rural Relief
In July 2024, Nabatara’s Summer-Monsoon Camp aided Bihar’s flood-hit villages. Over 900 families received emergency kits, tarpaulins, and seeds to rebuild after devastating rains.
The camp addressed dual challenges: summer droughts and monsoon floods. We distributed 2,000 tarpaulins for shelter, 1,500 seed kits for replanting, and water purification tablets. Medical teams treated heatstroke and waterborne diseases, while workshops taught flood-resistant farming.
““When skies turn ruthless, humanity must rise. Your support gave families roofs over heads, clean water to drink, and seeds to regrow hope. Together, we turned disaster into resilience.”
Dual-Season Support
Our kits addressed summer droughts with water tanks and monsoon floods with tarpaulins. Farmers received heat-resistant seeds to survive erratic weather, ensuring food security year-round.
Health During Disasters
Doctors treated 300+ cases of heatstroke, malaria, and cholera. Children received ORS packets, while elders got hydration guides. Mobile clinics operated even during heavy rains.
Community-Led Rebuilding
Villagers formed committees to distribute aid fairly. Youth groups built bamboo bridges, restoring access to cut-off areas. Shared efforts strengthened communal bonds.
900+ families rebuilt lives. Fields now flourish, homes stand sturdy, and villages face monsoons with preparedness, not fear.
Strength in Unity
Dear supporters, your generosity turned floodwaters into fertile ground. Each tarpaulin and seed kit carried your belief in Bihar’s resilience. Families now face seasons with hope, not despair. Thank you for standing with them.
